Complaint Channels

The Company has established multiple channels for receiving complaints and whistleblowing reports. You may submit complaints or provide information regarding illegal acts or non-compliance with the principles of good corporate governance, the Company’s policies, code of conduct, including corruption/fraud, or misconduct by the Company toward business partners. The Company will keep all information reported through these channels strictly confidential and handle it with due care. Complainants must provide truthful information and must not make accusations against others without clear and sufficient evidence. Reports may be submitted through the following channels:
• Reporting to the direct supervisor responsible and/or the Human Resources Department and/or the Internal Audit Department
• Complaint and suggestion channel via email to the Chairman of the Audit Committee: Email: somchaiwng@outlook.com
• Postal mail addressed to the Chairman of the Audit Committee
